Subject	If I remove the tube from the exhaust manifold to the EGR

Message	valve, is there any way the valve can open and cause a vacuum or boost leak? What if I also remove the vacuum tube from the egr solenoid to the egr valve? I will of course plug the exhaust manifold, but do I need to plug the egr valve at the exhaust inlet to disable the system?
